VBCA School Calendar

Length of a School Day

School begins at 7:45am and concludes at 2:30pm. Children may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the beginning of a school day and leave within fifteen minutes of the dismissal without incurring any charges for "late pick-up".

School Closings

Virginia Beach Christian Academy will close when faced with weather conditions that warrant the same as a safety precaution for students and staff. As a general guideline, if the Virginia Beach Public Schools are closed or delayed, we will be closed or delayed. A closing announcement will be placed on our voicemail and on the website.
