THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

 

Pastor

Rev. Robert Thorp is the founding Pastor of the Pentecostal Life Center and is ultimately responsible for the church and all of its ministries. Brother Thorp is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International. He is retired from the United States Navy and is nearly finished with the requirements for his Bachelor’s degree in Technology Education.

 

Minister of Education

Sister Kimberly Thorp is the principal of this academy. She has a Master’s degree in education from Regent University. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from St Leo University with a major in psychology and a minor in sociology. She is in her last classroom year for her doctoral degree in education at Regent University and was honored with selection as a doctoral fellow.

 

Admin Assistant

Sis Katrina Francis is our administrative assistant. It is her responsibility to manage the office, handle the finances and keep the rest of us on track.

 

Teachers

The classroom teachers are the professional educators who are responsible for the operation of their individual classrooms.  This is the classroom teacher and is the first contact when questions or concerns arise.

 

 

Teachers' Aides

The teachers' aides are the paraprofessionals who assist the teacher in the smooth operation of each classroom.
