CURRICULUM

 

Core Subjects

Students work on Math, Language Arts, History & Geography, Science, and Bible on a daily basis. Children in K-2 will work with pencil and paper. Students in grades 3-12 work on the computer. If your child will be using the computer curriculum, you will be required to provide a computer that is compatible with the remote program.

 

Other Subjects

PE is required for all students through grade 10. We will provide one semester of elementary health and one semester of high school health via computer. All other PE must be arranged by the parent. Some options include:

• Participation in little league or neighborhood sport’s teams

• Participation in a home school association sport’s program

• Individually established PE by the parent (Each session must be recorded with date, times, and activity in order for us to give credit).

 

Music and Art are required weekly classes for grade school students and electives for all others. Again, a neighborhood rec center, a home school association, or private lessons are good choices for these activities. (Each session must be recorded with date, times, and activity in order for us to give credit).
