Policies and Procedures

Log into the website at PLCVBCA.org and copy the enrollment form. Paste it into Microsoft Word. Complete the application and e-mail the application to kthorp@plcvbca.org.

• Your child’s date and time for diagnostic testing will be set and disks will be sent for installation on your computer.

• The results of your child’s diagnostic and an individualized plan will be sent to you.

• A follow-up phone interview will be scheduled.

• An e-mail and hard copy letter will be sent informing you of the decision of the enrollment committee

• Send hard copies of the registration forms, making sure you have signed all of the “signature” spaces by hand rather than a computer signature. The registration fee is due with this paperwork.

Standardized Tests

Students are required to complete one of the Standardized Learning Tests in the spring of the year. Your local home school association usually has these scheduled.
